Listed below are a variety of youth leagues that are available in our community. These leagues are NOT sponsored by the Town of Vestal Recreation Department, but are run independently by volunteer citizens in the community. Vestal Youth Football League - Flag Football for PreK - 2nd grade. Tackle Football for grades 3rd - 6th. Cheerleading for grades 1st - 8th. Teams divided by grades. Player levels are determined by grade child is going into in September. Registration to be determined. Follow VYFL facebook page for updates. Southern Tier Challenger Little League Baseball - League opened to challenged/disabled boys and girls ages 6 - 18 years or 21 years if still in school. Runs April - July. VYSA - Travel (Vestal Youth Soccer Association) - Soccer club is open to boys & girls ages 4 - 19 years. Our program runs all year with indoor soccer in winter and outdoor in spring.
