LEGAL NOTICE 

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that a public meeting will be held by the Zoning Board of Appeals of the Town of Vestal, Broome County, New York in the Board Room located at 605 Vestal Parkway West, Vestal, New York, 13850 on Thursday, April 12, 2018 to consider the following requests for an interpretation and/or variance and/or special permit as follows: 

At 6:00 p.m. An application to the Town of Vestal Zoning Board of Appeals is scheduled to be heard at 6:00 p.m. on Thursday, April 12, 2018 in the Town of Vestal Board Room located at 605 Vestal Parkway West, Vestal, New York. Regarding Tax Map# 158.13-1-36, known as E & K Realty/Widmer Sign Company, 2295 Vestal Parkway East Vestal, NY, for a sign variance as required by Chapter 5, Article V, Sections: 5-114, Non-conforming signs will need to be removed within 5 years; 5-124(r), Having more than six (6) signs on any one property; 5-124 (t)(3), No sign shall be greater than fifty (50) square feet in area; 5-127.3(a)(8)(b), The total area of all permitted signs on premises shall not exceed seventy five (75) square feet; 5-127.3(9)(a), No ground sign shall be erected to exceed a height of sixteen (16) feet above the level of the adjacent grade of the Code of the Town of Vestal, Broome County, New York pertaining to signage as outlined above in a “C-2” zoning district. The applicant has decided to apply to the Zoning Board of Appeals for relief and is requesting various variances as outlined above. 

In addition to the above scheduled hearings, all previously heard applications to the Zoning Board of Appeals may be discussed by the Zoning Board of Appeals and acted upon, as well as discussion of other Zoning Board of Appeals business.
